The rooms at Napoli Porta Di Mare are awesome! I stayed in a double room and it was fantastic. It had a cozy seating area where I could relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, the room came with a flat-screen TV, so I could unwind and catch up on my favorite shows. On top of that, there was a tumble dryer, which was super convenient for drying my clothes. I felt like I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Personally, I didn't really care for the view from my room. It overlooked the city and I prefer more scenic views.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being right next to the port and close to the city center. It's also very convenient as it is just a 5-minute walk from both the Municipio and Toledo metro stations.
It would have been helpful if there was a sign in the foyer to make finding the hotel easier.

Great location, close to the port and public transportation. Clean and comfortable rooms. - Friendly host who tried to accommodate us.
The owner's impatience was noticeable at times. No shower curtain, making it difficult to wash without splashing water everywhere.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city without the need for public transportation. The hotel is also close to the port, which is great for getting around. The room itself was clean and beautiful, with a small balcony offering a lovely view of the surrounding area. The owner of the hotel was friendly and made an effort to communicate despite the language barrier. The free WiFi was a bonus and allowed us to stay connected during our stay. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a city break.
The lack of clear instructions on how to find the hotel within the complex. the owner was not present upon our arrival and did not respond to our messages, which left us feeling stranded.
